Jodi Liston is the founder of Liston Strategies, Liston Education Group, and Liston Concierge Services and a nationally respected consultant with over 30 years of experience in therapeutic consulting and educational support. She partners with therapeutic programs, treatment centers, and private day and boarding schools to create a seamless client journey, from admissions through post-discharge care, with precision, strategy, and empathy.

Jodi’s work is deeply personal. As the mother of three children with diverse needs (including two who required therapeutic and educational interventions) she has lived the journey many families are navigating. Her advocacy began close to home, working alongside a special education attorney to secure support for her children, and grew into a broader mission to help families and programs across the country.

Drawing on her clinical insight, family systems expertise, and operational acumen, Jodi supports programs in strengthening client outcomes, improving communication, reducing recidivism, and building lasting family trust. Her collaborative, hands-on style has made her a trusted partner to executive directors, clinical teams, and admissions professionals alike.

When she’s not consulting, you’ll find Jodi on the Hudson River with her husband Andrew and their beloved teacup schnauzers—CoCo Bean, Chloe, and Cali—and French bulldog Jacques.
